PROJECT DESCRIPTION — Situated within the iconic Battersea Power Station in London, the new Sticks’n’Sushi restaurant stands out with its bold and vibrant interior design created by Studio OEO. A palette of rich reds and soothing blues is complemented by an array of tactile materials, including glazed tiles, eelgrass acoustic panels, and composites made from coffee bean shells, sawdust and upcycled plastic. The Acoustic Boards FR made from eelgrass, seamlessly integrated into the design, not only enhance the aesthetic with their natural texture but also improve acoustics, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere.
