PROJECT DESCRIPTION — Restaurant Pauli, in the Sydhavnen district of Copenhagen, is all about great food and atmosphere. The restaurant and it’s crew is deeply rooted in the Sydhavnen district. An area that has maintained the authentic atmosphere of the industrial harbor it was born from. Since the opening, the restaurant has received great reviews for their amazing food but also their acoustics. Søuld's Acoustic Mats have been installed in the ceiling, to achieve a comfortable ambience in the dining area.
